Friend’s Party

Over the weekend we went to my friend’s son’s birthday party. Stephan was turning six and my how this boy has grown. Jessie spent a great deal of her first birthday party staring adoringly at Stephan and the two even kissed. They don’t feel the same love for each other anymore. Play is Good

The clock is counting down the last weeks of summer. Already, back-to-school sales have begun. It seems like they started in June, actually. It’s almost time to start preschool, school, and college. The Swimming Lesson

We have a pool in our townhouse complex, and my daughter visits it nearly every day during the five month long pool season. This year, she’s managed to learn how to move across the pool without a flotation device. This is a great accomplishment, but a little scary. She now feels like she knows how to swim.
